It is believed they were put up sometime between 18th -19th November. They start just after the junction of leazes lane on manor road and stop outside the Auckland Medical Group Doctors Surgery. All 5 are dangling from the horizontal portion of the lampost and attached to what is believed to be tie wraps attached to a hoop. One resident commented its like walking down the mall, and found quite a refreshing change seeing patriotic flags flying.
